Sam is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Does all the reach needed to refinance your home. Returns calls promptly. Wants to see things move along quickly for you.
While I would use Sam again I have only one negative thing to say. I felt many times he was being a little pushy. I am someone who likes to get things done also but at I feel is my time.
