Mark was great at starting the loan process and seeing us all the way through till closing. He contacted us when he needed information or asked a question. Otherwise we could take care of things on the Rocket Mortgage website. I liked that they kept us up to speed on where things were in the process. This was so easy. I could never have expected this because we are self-employed. We had to change things up in the middle of our loan process because my husband got stuck abroad for about 4 weeks and couldn't be at close. He was able to adjust so I could handle this on my own. Responsive, excellent apps/website, great communication. Would completely recommend.
