Eric was friendly and professional and worked with us to ensure we got the best possible rate on our refinance. We did encounter some unforeseen delays during the underwriting process (e.g., "waiting for info from the HOA" when our HOA had provided all necessary info weeks prior) that we were unhappy about, as it put our rate at risk of expiring. While I doubt these delays were within Eric's ...Eric was friendly and professional and worked with us to ensure we got the best possible rate on our refinance.
