I'm an old fashion face to face kind of person. I was unsure of using Rocket Mortgage. Andrew Maher basically hand walked my wife and I through the entire process and allowed us to feel at ease. He answered every question in a manner my wife and I understood. He was easy to reach and returned every call immediately. The process was super fast and the online access showed what step we were in and all info in that step. I was very happy with the rate Andrew originally found and then he came back later and gave us an even better rate. 2.99% is pretty great. Andrew is no nonsense and straight forward.
