Kristin did a wonderful job helping us navigate refinancing. She walked us through each step, knowing that we had never done this before. She was kind and supportive. Thanks for a great experience.

I recently worked with Jamie on equity loan that helped with home repairs and debt consolidation. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Any questions I had he was there with an answer. I would definitely recommend him and rocket mortgage.

Bryce was exceptional. He took me thru my loan application with professionalism. He was courteous and responsive to my needs. He is another reason I keep Rocket as my mortgage lender. Thank you

It started out great, lots of confidence etc. Great terms. When it came to actually getting things done, he was less great. I had to text him every time I sent an email. He kept saying he wasn't getting the emails. I had to send them in many different forms and even used different devices and from different email addresses. He just kept saying he wasn't getting them and not fixing the problem, ...It started out great, lots of confidence etc. Great terms. When it came to actually getting things done, he was less great. Which was his fault. Eventually I ended up working with someone else.Read MoreRead Less

Jonathan was amazing! I was hesitant to work with Rocket due to a previous experience with a different person but I could not be happier. Jonathan made the process so easy and transparent. He was responsive and kept me in the loop of what was happening. I hope to continue working with him for all my mortgage needs.
