I don't write reviews often, but Kristine earned this one.

We recently used Rocket Mortgage for a second mortgage refinance and honestly expected it to be a process. It wasn't. From the first online inquiry to closing, Kristine was patient, responsive, and genuinely personable the whole way through. She followed up at every step without us having to chase anything down.

If you're looking for a home loan expert who actually makes the mortgage process feel manageable, Kristine is it. This was probably the easiest major financial transaction I've ever completed online, and for something this size, that matters. If you're researching Rocket Mortgage loan officers and want someone who will see you through start to finish, ask for Kristine.Read MoreRead Less
