I dealt with several banking officers from Rocket Mortgage and a few other banks before meeting Frank but none of them were as responsive as Frank. It provided a buyer-friendly platform that was easy to manage, upload and retain documents. It also kept us abreast of any changes or requests for documentation. Even though I used the portal a lot Jessica was always around for questions and follow-up when needed. She'd often reach out and see how things were going.
