From the start of the call. I asked Moe is I can ask a general question. Moe continued to say he can't and WON'T answer a question until he does a HARD pull on my FICO. When I told Moe that I simply had my general question and wanted his contact information, because I'm temporary off work doe to COVID-19. Moe says, "Well !! You could done a GOOGLE SEARCH to find that information" !! Really ...From the start of the call. I asked Moe is I can ask a general question. Moe continued to say he can't and WON'T answer a question until he does a HARD pull on my FICO. When I told Moe that I simply had my general question and wanted his contact information, because I'm temporary off work doe to COVID-19. Moe says, "Well !! And Moe didn't answer my simple question: 1) What is the minimum fico score for FHA POST COVID-19 changes? That's it !!!
