Working with Daniel Komertz was awesome. He is always available and willing to help. Daniel has great communication skills and is able to explain everything easily. Even if the question is not in his department, he goes above and beyond to make sure you get the right answer. Daniel convinced me to change mortgage companies and I’m really thankful that he did. Rocket Mortgage and Daniel are just that good. Even with all the pandemic issues we have, Daniel made sure all the “i” were dotted and all the “t” crossed. Very smooth and satisfying experience.
