Jenna was outstanding as my loan expert. She provided a path forward every time it looked like a roadblock was in the way. Jenna was instrumental in coordination with the various entities that played a role, and she made the mortgage process seamless and smooth. I found Babak to be excellent on staying in touch and in general great with responding to my many questions. I was disappointed to learn my rate increased after being quoted a lower rate only to receive a point change to bring the rate back down. Overall I still feel the process was acceptable as Babak closed out loan quickly. Would have preferred the lower rate without the points and fees. Iowans did an incredible job! She walked us through everything (which we needed) and was always available to answer questions. I highly recommend her and appreciate everything she did. (Also Angela, our notary, was outstanding as well. Very prepared and efficient. Very personable. Also, highly recommend.) A great experience overall and that includes our closing team.
