Erin ruined our experience with Rocket Mortgage. She consistently lost or "confused" paperwork, repeatedly told us she needed "just one more thing" and then days or weeks later "apologized for the confusion" but needed something else entirely. She is rude on the phone, doesn't seem to know what is happening in other departments, and held up our closing for almost two months. I eventually gave up ...Erin ruined our experience with Rocket Mortgage. This ended up being a more complicated process than we initially expected, especially with the title work and some last-minute issues that needed to be resolved, but Tiffany remained responsive, professional, and engaged from start to finish.

What I appreciated most was that she continued to communicate with us, helped keep things moving when there were obstacles, and made sure we understood what was happening throughout the process. There were definitely moments when the timeline became stressful, and having someone who was accessible and willing to help push things forward made a real difference.

Evan is the best! And kudos to Rocket Mortgage for hiring the best. If there were Six Stars, I would click the 6. I've read many reviews and there aren't many adjectives left to say how awesome Evan is. Although some of the Scout Laws would work. Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind. Thrifty and Brave. Always patient and humble when explaining things more than once. Always ...Evan is the best! And kudos to Rocket Mortgage for hiring the best. This lady Nancy Negrete is absolute top notch!! It's a rare thing that I write a positive view about a whole lot of people. But Nancy is one of those few. She went out of her way several times to accommodate me during the mortgage financing process. She came up with super helpful solutions for me that a big name bank couldn't or wouldn't. I contacted Rocket Mortgage because I wasn't being taken ...This lady Nancy Negrete is absolute top notch!! It's a rare thing that I write a positive view about a whole lot of people. But Nancy is one of those few. She went out of her way several times to accommodate me during the mortgage financing process. She came up with super helpful solutions for me that a big name bank couldn't or wouldn't. I contacted Rocket Mortgage because I wasn't being taken care of too well by a major bank that I was right in the middle of an application with. They were laying the old bait and switch sales tactics on me and I became fed up with that game. And I was extremely fortunate to get Nancy on the other end of the line when I called Rocket. Nancy made all of the other bankers and mortgage professionals LOOK BAD!! And that is not an exaggeration on my part. She is patient, knowledgeable, and persistent at her job. If there is a way to get you over the hurdles, Nancy will find it!!! No other person I've ever dealt with in Nancy's field is like that. NONE!!
