This is the first house that I am buying. I was worried about all of the things that you have to do to get a mortgage. Vu called me the day after I filled in the paperwork on the Rocket Mortgage website. He assured me that he and the people who worked with me after him would get me through the process with minimal pain. I am so glad that I decided to go with Rocket Mortgage. Vu was available to me for questions even after I was handed off. I do not think it is possible for anyone to make me feel better about the whole process than Vu did. He took the time to explain everything that I needed and how the process would go and he followed up with me to make sure that everything was good. Natalie was wonderful from the very first time I spoke to her through the entire process. At the start I read her reviews and thought no way anybody could be this good but she she sure fooled me. she should be given 10 Stars.
