Bryan was very engaging. The communication with him was impressive. He never complained when , I texted, called or emailed. He guided us through the process, sometimes he probably felt like he was literally holding our hand lol. Lisa was excellent from the beginning. Initially, I had a lot of questions so we ended up talking almost 2 hours before settling on the details of the loan. She was very knowledgeable AND patient! I was kept in the loop during the whole process which took only two weeks! This is my third refinance with Rocket Mortgage and they are AMAZING!
