Oh my goodness - what a breath of fresh air Cheryl was for us! We weren't sure if we should refinance because our rate was already pretty low. We spoke with another person at a different company, who tried to talk us into it because it would lower our monthly payments.

Definitely not worth it and she was honest about it even though she lost a sale.
