I called and we discussed our situation and she immediately began working on what she could do to keep our business. She contacted her associate, Amy Wouters, who was amazing as well, to help us resolve a couple of problems we were having with our credit due to no fault of our own. She got us a much lower interest rate than the other company, a cash-out so we do some much needed upgrades and moved the process along rapidly with no out-of-pocket on our part.
That was one of the best calls that we've ever made. Danielle was always professional and there for us with any questions that we had along the way. We could not recommend her higher!
