Vijal was courteous and professional. We applied for this loan, and Corban started it, but somehow Vijal received it and called me. Corban helped us with our last loan, and we could not have found a more friendly, professional person. Unfortunately, this loan process was absolutely too long, and I felt stressed and frustrated most of the time. I just didn't feel like I was valued as a customer. It felt like I was just a customer making another number and money for Rocket. He was good about responding most of the time. I'm not sure, but it definitely left me questioning lots of things in this process versus the previous loan with Corban. We finally finished the process, and I feel like a great burden was lifted from me. I would definitely tell my family and friends that they would have to constantly stay on top of everything during this process. I'm sad I had this experience.Read MoreRead Less

I rated a 5 only because there was no option for a 10. I am so thankful that Angela was my loan angel. She explained everything to me and understood my pain trying to run away from a different lender. I should’ve said outright my stated I have my own lender. There was no isssue that Billy answer could not aswer almost immediatly . The secret to the speed and the necessary information flow is Billy's constant attention and expertise.We even had one documnt signed at the Rocket building and closing at homer due to medical issuses to solve a couple of problems. We closd on our loan in 17 days and never felt rushed. Billy was great.
