Terry is the reason i stayed with Rocket Mortgage Loan-depot Had lower Interest rate and payment and the feds have drop the interest rate again and when i reached back out to Rocket Mortgage for help and was told i have to wait 90 days before they could help. Robert was very knowledgeable from the beginning of the loan process. He helped us in many ways in answering our questions and was always good about communicating about our loan. He even helped us in getting all our documents to him when our printer would not scan so we could send them email. This was the second time we used E-sign which is so much faster and convenient than other ways.

From the beginning, Robert felt confident that the completion time would be in approximately a month - and he was right! The whole loan process went very smoothly. Our previous loan was in a trust, so it had to be taken out, and put back in the trust after completion of the loan. Rocket Mortgage underwriting handled everything. I requested a copy of all the signed documents after the loan had closed, and they provided us with a nicely bound copy for our keeping.
