Amraa was very good. She called to say she was running a tad late which I really appreciated and she had tremendous patience with my internet service which was not behaving well. She even sat outside with me in the chill weather to access my neighbor's internet (with permission) once we had exhausted all creative solutions to getting my internet to work.
