I can’t express how wonderful it was working with Nate Pitts, my Home Loan Expert, as I purchased my first home. He was beyond patient with me and answered a million of my questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Nate again, in fact I would hope to have him as my agent if I purchase another home in the future!

Good experience. But when I reviewed the numbers in more detail myself after refinancing, I realized it was pretty much a wash between refinancing and not for my loan. I somewhat blindly trusted that the numbers were better, in this case I wish I had not refinanced. If I would have just paid an extra $100 per month on my old loan, the payments and total paid are the same as my refinanced loan. ...Good experience.
