Working with Laura was an amazing experience! I’ve never refinanced a home before and she walked me through the process seamlessly. He gave me accurate figures that allowed me to buy the house I am in now without worrying about any surprises. He was always reachable (evenings, weekends, etc) which made the entire process much more comfortable for me. He was great every step of the way. What really convinced me to work with him (and Rocket Mortgage) was when he sent me an email after our first conversation stating that, although we would probably never meet in person, he wanted me to know him as if we had, and he proceeded to send me an email about himself with a picture of his family.
