Alana was very helpful and attentive. She laid out all the options for our mortgage that allowed us to choose the option that saved us the most money in both the short and long run. Also, even when she wasn't the main agent handling our case, if we had trouble contacting that person she would assist and get us into contact with whoever we needed to resolve our specific issue.
