There are problems in the Rocket Mortgage process with the handoffs in communication with the client, it seems. Thank goodness, you were able to fix things with the underwriters! Stay safe.

Reality is that I had been receiving many calls to consider the refinancing of one of my homes, most all had a "canned speech" and did not hear my words and just hit me with objections as to why not.
I appreciated that Alex did not push me like a number and we began a conversation that worked for the best.
