I can't imagine having a BETTER experience than we did with Jenny. I called her on a Sunday at the drop of a hat to get a pre-approval because we stumbled upon a house we wanted to put an offer in weeks before we were "ready". She worked with us and was incredible and got me a document needed SAME DAY. All along the process Jenny was friendly, optimistic, encouraging, and PROMPT.
