Going into this process I didn't think we would be able to get a loan due to my credit score. My wife and I went to several Mortage companies and no luck. I gave Kaitlyn a call from Rocket Mortgage. She has been outstanding and even set us up with an expert with the credit service to help us increase our score. This was the smoothest process that I have ever experienced. Not only was the process easy and straightforward, but with Justin, I learned quite a bit about the mysteries of underwriting and what it takes to get pre-approved for a loan.
