Thank you very much Dena! So, my mortgage originator told me he couldnt get me an interest rate lower than 3.7 on a refinance... Guess he was right, because Dena could and he got passed up on the refinance deal and 3.3 is much better. Thanks again Dena

Darr was the definition of 5 star customer service. Stated early that he would be there for any questions or concerns - he was. Emailed him with a question I had on a delay and within 15 minutes - it was taken care of. Darr emailed me one evening at 7:00p to call him when I could - called his cell at 7:30p and he just wanted to congratulate us on our closing.
