Alex was always helpful and expedited my loan He requested the paperwork he needed plus the action I needed to take to get preapproved for a loan. The only complaint I would have is that the loan was turned over to somebody else after I made an offer on a house. This didn't cause any delays but it caused a great deal of concern on my part
