Brenda was very helpful with the entire loan process. She kept in touch throughout, via phone and email. Often when their portion of the loan process is complete and it's handed over to the next department, the former rep disappears--not in this case. It was a very positive experience.

My loan process was extremely long due to a change in the bank that held my HELOC unexpectedly refusing to do a subordination agreement similar to the one they had agreed to in my earlier refinance with Rocket Mortgage years ago. Annmarie quickly solved the issue by having the refinance payoff the HELOC. I had seen the email advertisements for refinancing and I decided to check things out. I submitted everything online and it looked promising. Eventually I got the news that the numbers wouldn't line up (debt/income ratio). Alex contacted me a month later to get permission to give it another try. He birddogged the process and got things lined up and done in a very timely manner. I now pay $650 less...I had seen the email advertisements for refinancing and I decided to check things out.
