Dustin was awesome. I had a bad taste in my mouth about refinancing with Rocket Mortgage and if it wasn't for Dustin I would have gone somewhere else. Dustin reassured me of the process and why Rocket Mortgage was still the perfect fit for me. He gave me many options and explained every option in detail. Dustin took the time and answered every single question I had no matter how long it took. If i had any questions during the process Dustin was easy to get contact either by text or phone. I refinanced with Dustin, but my original loan was also with Rocket Mortgage. Dustin was also the most knowledgeable banker I spoke with at the company. He made me feel confident about my loan.
