Alex was the best loan contact I have ever dealt with on any loan I have ever applied for. He always responded to my questions and called me back when he said he would. Tristan was great to work with. Always responded to my calls and helped worked thru issues (from my condo board). You would think working with a big company like Rocket Mortgage would be cold and all business but I did not find that the case. Yes do you deal with different people thru out the process, Tristen was always my lead and great with communication. I would highly recommend Rocket Mortgage...Tristan was great to work with.
