After inquiring to no less than 4 banks concerning my home re-finance (one of which was a bank I had been with for 31 years and another in which I had been a client with for several years as well) I chose Rocket Mortgage as Adam was the only person to get back with me promptly after my initial call inquiring about information. Throughout the process, Adam answered my e-mails in a timely manner, ...After inquiring to no less than 4 banks concerning my home re-finance (one of which was a bank I had been with for 31 years and another in which I had been a client with for several years as well) I chose Rocket Mortgage as Adam was the only person to get back with me promptly after my initial call inquiring about information. Throughout the process, Adam answered my e-mails in a timely manner, and even picked up the phone at some very odd hours if I needed a question answered. I enjoyed working with Adam as he helped me through the various stages of the process and kept me informed with any information needed. Adam is very responsive and is a tremendous asset to the Rocket Mortgage Team. I will definately refer Rocket Mortgage, and certainly Adam to any of my friends that are looking for a refinance for their home.
