I am 24 years old, and have always jumped around apartments. It was time to finally purchase my first home, and let me tell you I was stressed, nervous, and everything in between. I filled out an application on some realtor website, and with a snap of a finger I was receiving call after call in regards to getting a home loan, all acting like car salesman just wanting to have their way with my wallet. But then, Kelly called... She could here the stress, and anxiousness in my voice. Within seconds that feeling had all went away. Like I said before, it was my first time in the realm of purchasing my own property. Kelly explained everything to me; acronyms, what escrow is, tips, and the whole process in general. When I say everything, I mean everything—two sheets of printer paper filled out with notes from top to bottom, and front to back. Kelly had gotten to know me, not as a customer but as friend. She figured out what my budget was that was financially feasible, rather than what would fill her pockets, while emptying mine. Not only do I suggest Kelly, and Rocket Mortgage, to someone wanting to purchase a home, but I encourage any young first timer, who may be up in the air, stressed or nervous about home buying to reach out to Kelly, and I can confidently say it’ll be the best decision you make.
