I just closed my mortgage with Rocket Mortgage. The entire process was very straightforward
from start to finish, and the people who helped me along the were always professional, courteous,
and super competent - especially Alex. He was the first Rocket Mortgage representative that I spoke to
about refinancing my home. After we spoke about my different options, we decided that a 20
year fixed rate ...I just closed my mortgage with Rocket Mortgage. The entire process was very straightforward
from start to finish, and the people who helped me along the were always professional, courteous,
and super competent - especially Alex. He was the first Rocket Mortgage representative that I spoke to
about refinancing my home. After we spoke about my different options, we decided that a 20
year fixed rate mortgage was the best choice for me. About 45 minutes later I had already
completed and electronically signed 75 % of the required documents. Alex guided me through
the process step by step, and answered any questions I had about the documents I was about
to sign. He couldn't have been any nicer and called me immediately when any further action
was required on my part. Alex was truly a wonderful person to deal with in every regard.
I strongly recommend the people at Rocket Mortgage if you're looking for a new mortgage or just
