I appreciate how Dave handled this process. Mortgages/refinance is a tricky game. Even dirty. I felt that Dave was forthright the entire process. I understood at all times where we were and what we needed to get to the next step. He also handled my frustration with professionalism when I verbally expressed my emotions toward the appraisal process.
