Nicholas had knowledge and answers about anything you had questions about. He made him self available 24/7 practically if there were any doubts. Very professional and always their from beginning to end. If there was a question he couldn't answer. He would find the right person for you. I am truly disappointed at Marcus and especially at Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage. Marcus assisted with the initial step of the pre-approval process when I called on a Friday and come Monday, he withdrew the loan. Marcus did not even allow a working parent to respond with the required proof of documents within one business day. Marcus of course calls late at night on a Wednesday, a day after I ...I am truly disappointed at Marcus and especially at Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage. Marcus of course calls late at night on a Wednesday, a day after I realized what had happened and said to "disregard the loan documents on the account and that there was a miscommunication." There was never any communication between us after the pre-approval process. Marcus never apologized. He truly wasted our time and our hopes of being first time homeowners. Our home buying experience with Marcus and Rocket Mortgage has truly been horrible. I'd suggest to find another loan officer within the company or look elsewhere because at the end of the day, it comes down to the commission in their pockets.Read MoreRead Less

Mikayla was a dream to work with. She refinanced our home the first time we did a refinance and then reached back out when rates lowered. I was hesistant to reach out thinking it was doubtful that she’d be able to do much since we had done our first refinance less than a year prior. But we were able to move from a 30 year mortgage to a 20 year mortgage for about $100 more a month. She also ...Mikayla was a dream to work with. She also provided 2 other options that didn’t include raising our monthly payment, but this made the most sense for us. I’d give Mikayla 10 stars if I could, honestly. I swear, she must work around the clock because she seemed to always be available, timely, provided correct information, and was super pleasant to work with.
