Lisa is a very knowledgeable individual who knows how to get around obstacles. Through her perseverance we were able to obtain a refinance loan that we can live with. She is friendly, always eager to answer questions, or help a semi-literate computer user get through the signature process, even though our computer was being quite unfriendly. She is a gem who has been fantastic to work with!
