I called Rocket Mortgage inquiring about a house refinance. Mark called me back and was very helpful along the way. When the time came to close the loan I noticed that some of the numbers didn't add up to what I had applied for. Mark and his team redid the closing documents and I was still able to close on the same day as I originally scheduled. Outstanding customer service from everyone at this ...I called Rocket Mortgage inquiring about a house refinance. Mark called me back and was very helpful along the way.
