When does your mortgaage company call you to tell you to refinance because they have figured out a lower rate and you will have four less years to owe on your home? Never. Unless it's Rocket Mortgage. Brad called me out of the blue and told me how he had already come up with a plan to do just that. I thought it was a scam, at first.... I mean, when did Ditech or GreenTree, or whoever else has...When does your mortgaage company call you to tell you to refinance because they have figured out a lower rate and you will have four less years to owe on your home? Never. Unless it's Rocket Mortgage. Brad called me out of the blue and told me how he had already come up with a plan to do just that. I thought it was a scam, at first.... I mean, when did Ditech or GreenTree, or whoever else has owned my vast 1100 sq. ft. mansion, call me with something like that? Again, not a once. A 'nonce', if you will. Noooo - they were happy as clams to keep my rate and money working to their advantage.
