Jon was informative and kind. He worked efficiently and quickly to help me procure a refinance loan after the previous loan rep got angry with me because i hadnt changed my utilities to my name after my husbands death, for the proof of occupancy quickly enough for him. He put me on a three month wait. Jon called me and right away fixed and apologized for the rude treatment received from the fellow...Jon was informative and kind.
