Merribeth is the best there is. She cares about the people she goes through the process with. I have used her a lot since 2003, including just 10 days ago. As long as she is doing loans, I will be her customer and no one else's. And now my son used her as well, so second gen with Merribeth. I trust her to the point if she tells me to sign something, I don't even read it anymore, I just sign. ...Merribeth is the best there is. She cares about the people she goes through the process with. Michael helped us with the original mortgage and then reached back out to us when the rates dropped and we did a refinance. He answered all of our questions, was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We even had to delay our decision for a while due to an illness and Michael was very patient and never once pressured us to get anything done.
