Spencer guided me through the loan process. He was always patient with me. I'm sure that, at times, he was frustrated with me but he never showed that. Spencer was always professional, yet he made me feel comfortable. I never felt pressured or rushed. It took me an extremely long time to complete the process. because I was unsure (nervous) that I should refi. My nervousness was not Spencer's...Spencer guided me through the loan process.
