Abe was easy to communicate with, often returned calls or messages within minutes, even evenings, weekends and several returned emails and phone calls over the holidays. He was always ready to go to bat for us to get us qualified for the most discounts (as a Military Family and existing Rocket Mortgage Mortgage customer this is greatly appreciated!). I’ve bought several houses and refi’d numerous times in the past. Each time the process was horrific going thru “mil friendly” banks or credit unions. This was the first enjoyable, painless experience. Ben answered questions quickly, was accessible and knowledgeable. The rocket mortgage app facilitated all of this.
