Bianca Eades was EXCEPTINAL!! She actually handled two houses for us. The first was in the process of being built and was damaged by Hurricane Michael, which hit Panama City, FL. We were able to get out of the contract. We then proceeded with another house in the same place, same plan and same builder. I would start off by saying I gave Denise five stars but I would have given Denise one hundred stars if ir was possible. Denise was there every step of the way in helping me buy the house that I'm buying. I think she went out of her way to make sure that I had everything that I needed to make this purchase. Things got a little rough towards the end because of the seller but Denise and her and the staff at Quinn Loan made it happened.
