Chris Ponton has been fantastic in helping with our refinance. Not only is he very nice, he is polite and not condescending like some Loan Agents are. He tells you right away if you qualify to do your loan, with no BS, and tells you what to expect and what items he needs. He is very knowledgeable and always on tops of things and I am sure that he is working with several other clients at the ...Chris Ponton has been fantastic in helping with our refinance. That means a lot! Our Refinance took two weeks from start to finish! (You do have to get everything to him as fast as you can and be on top of everything you are supposed to do.)
