After months of giving Rocket all of the ridiculous documents they asked for, they couldn’t approve the loan because my HOA wouldn’t give Rocket confidential reports that they don’t provide to any lender by policy (the HOA responds to hundreds of mortgages, but only Rocket “required” these extra reports).
