i am looking back thinking about my perception of what obtaining a mortgage would be and how much more smooth it was in reality. Joe was the reason for me. Personable, informative, just the right amount of reaching out---never feeling pressure. Easy to recommend him highly!

Worked with Nathan at the recommendation of my realtor, who has recommended him to his other clients. I shopped around for loans, and most either could not get the rates, credits, and other options rocket/Nathan could, or they were trying way too hard, and it felt impersonal and like I left a used car dealership. they would try to manufacture the personal touch with videos and follow up calls, but...Worked with Nathan at the recommendation of my realtor, who has recommended him to his other clients. One contacted me again 6 months after I had already told them I went with rocket and purchased a house.... to ask me if I was still looking for a house. Nathan called me 6 months after my purchase, but it was because he found me a fantastic refi option, based on our info from the original mortgage with him, which we went with. Senela was very informative and helpful with all of our loan information.
Everything went as scheduled as far as task and signing closing. We had a little trouble with some of the documents sending and she sent a Notary right to our home to complete the paperwork. Very pleased with the process.

Wow wow wow. What an amazing experience. I had so many hurdles to overcome with this Mortgage. Angela was not only there for me. Holidays-weekends-afterhours etc. She was there to help boost me over the hurdles. She kept my spirits lifted when I was ready to throw in the towel. I can not her or Rocket Mortgage enough. Highly recommended!!!!!!!
