Jill is the consummate professional, taking full responsibility for her job from start to finish. My experience with Rocket Mortgage, once the package left Jill's hands wasn't quite so positive, and when I advised Jill of the problems I had been having with the loan officer assigned my package she stepped in and within 24 hours the loan was approved and finalized. I cannot say enough good things...Jill is the consummate professional, taking full responsibility for her job from start to finish.
