His exceptional customer service and support gave us so much confidence throughout the process and made what could have been a stressful first home purchase feel relatively stress-free. First off we would like to say that Yasin is by far the most dedicated, professional, and honest person we’ve ever worked with on our home buying experiences. He made the whole process so easy and smooth. My husband and I were in a pinch and was sitting and talking about finances when our phone rang! On the other end was Yasin. He made the whole process so easy and smooth. My husband and I were in a pinch and was sitting and talking about finances when our phone rang! On the other end was Yasin. He called to tell us he had an amazing deal on our home loan…..he saved our lives. I will refer Yasin to anybody, and Rocket Mortgage to anybody. Not a single soul would find a better mortgage company, nor a better person to work with during the whole process. Thank you Rocket Mortgage, and more importantly, thank you Yasin !!! 😊Read MoreRead Less

Andy was great! From our first conversation to the end. He was very professional and at the same time he was very caring and helpful. He was very patient when my home computer was having issues during the signing process. I recommend Andy and Rocket Mortgage to everyone that is looking for a mortgage.

I received an unexpected call from Khalil, and I am so glad I answered! From our very first conversation, he was knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely interested in helping us.

Khalil was there for us every step of the way throughout the entire process. His communication and responsiveness were exceptional. Even with a time-zone difference, he was always quick to respond to my texts and questions. If I told him I had already submitted a form, he would personally check and confirm that everything was received. That level of follow-through made such a difference.

Khalil made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and manageable. We never felt like just another loan or another customer. He truly went above and beyond, and we are incredibly grateful for his guidance and support.

I would absolutely recommend Khalil to anyone looking for someone knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to his clients!Read MoreRead Less
