Kyle is on top of his game. We started refinancing one rental property and Kyle basically held our hand throughout the whole process. That property was owned out-right but the bank never sent us the deed. Kyle had to do some digging but he was able to figure out how to get this refinance to go through. Dan was very helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, there were several times that I was required to contact Dan due to breakdowns, confusion and delays in the loan processing. I found this frustrating as thew entire process was lengthened. However, at every turn Dan acted diligently to assist.
