He was good on following up on the status of the loan but the most important factor of the loan was neglected. In the very start of the loan pre-qualification, we have mentioned that it will be an investment property and it will be under a company name. In the very start of the loan pre-qualification, we have mentioned that it will be an investment property and it will be under a company name. We understand that my spouse and my name are the ones to be pre-qualified as the company has no credit history as yet. We were given a loan that we wont qualify for us to do a Quit Claim to transfer the Grant Deed to the company. We have been addressing the matter that the Grant Deed is to be under the company. Only to find out that the Grant Deed is under my name. It was too late to change it as I was told by the Client Relationship Dept. of Rocket Mortgage that the type of loan given to us does not allow us to do that.Read MoreRead Less
