What we found to be the best part of our experience with Rocket Mortgage and Guy was and is the personal attention. No dial 1 for this dept or dial 2 for that dept. Guy was available 24/7 and as we are in different time zones. That shows me he takes genuine interest in his clients. If we hear of any friends or family looking into any kind of mortgage products we will certainly bring up Guys name ...What we found to be the best part of our experience with Rocket Mortgage and Guy was and is the personal attention.
