JD kept our loan process on course from beginning to end. JD is extremely Customer oriented; he continually maintained contact with me to assure documentation was completed correctly and reviewed in a timely manner. JD even worked with me over the Thanksgiving holiday (at my bequest) to help me meet my desired Closing timeframe. Total process from initial contact to Close was 21 days.

I have lived in 6 different states and 13 different homes in my adult life; JD was by far the BEST loan processor, with whom I have ever worked. JD truly cares about his clients and due to his compassion for his clients and knowledge of his work product helped to make this tedious (and frustrating) process almost enjoyable.
